Global Teachers Award: Level 1

This course will provide teachers with the skills, knowledge and teaching methods to enable their pupils to become active global citizens.

Particpants will increase their knowledge of the key concepts and ideas surrounding education for a just and sustainable world (Global Learning); be able to critique and debate a range of perspectives; develop practical methods of incorporating what they have learnt in thier personal lives and workplace and be able to use global learning in their classrooms and engage their pupils with global issues.
