Over the last seven years, with the support of our friends & colleagues at InterClimate Network, hundreds of school pupils from across Merseyside have taken part in one of our Mock COP (UN Climate Conference) events.
Exploring local, national & international agendas, participants work together, role play, research and learn from each other to explore consumption, production, climate change & environmental sustainability.
Suitable for primary and secondary pupils, Mock COP includes opportunities to engage with local experts (environmental activities, policy makers, community organisations, business leaders and others), and to collaborate across communities.
Here’s a report from our two Mock COP events created especially for Catholic High Schools across the Archdiocese of Liverpool in November 2025… We’d like to acknowledge the support of Merseyside Waste & Recycling Authority, Postcode Neighbourhood Trust, Erasmus + & Liverpool Archdiocese over the past seven years. With their help we’ve reached over 60 Liverpool City Region Schools.
